Chef de Partie (M/F/D)

Full-time - starting immediately

As Chef de Partie at the new Hotel Die Post am Ortler, you will manage your position independently and make a significant contribution to the culinary quality of our establishment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent management of a kitchen station
  • Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
  • Ensuring hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
  • Organisation of the workplace and goods and stock management
  • Collaboration with the kitchen team and support for kitchen management
  • Participation in the further development of dishes and processes

 

Your profile:

  • Completed culinary education
  • Experience in the kitchen, ideally as a chef de partie in fine dining
  • Structured, clean and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, resilience and sense of responsibility
  • Passion for quality, craftsmanship and good food
  • Enjoyment of the creative preparation of culinary dishes
