Our weekly activity programme
A range of adventures at the Ortler
Those who like to stay active even on holiday will find a wide range of opportunities to bring body and mind into harmony at Hotel DIE POST. Guided hikes through the impressive natural surroundings of the Ortler, morning yoga, functional training sessions, gentle mobilisation or targeted fascia training – our weekly activity programme combines exercise with mindfulness and experiencing nature.
It’s not about performance, but about the satisfying feeling of doing something good for yourself. It’s about crisp mountain air, mindful breathing and renewed energy. The sessions are designed with experience, sensitivity and an understanding of the group – whether you train regularly or simply want to try something new. Sometimes vigorous and invigorating, sometimes calm and restorative – you decide what’s best for you.
Every week, we put together a varied programme that balances activity and relaxation. The current weekly programme is displayed on site at the hotel, and you are also welcome to ask at reception for more detailed information about the current weekly programme.
