Take a peek behind the scenes and follow the construction of our new Hotel Die Post am Ortler step by step in our construction diary. In addition to our successful building project, we are also happy to report on successes and news in the hotel and tourism industry. Read on for the latest information on our 4-Star Superior hotel in South Tyrol!
- Foundations of the indoor and outdoor pool, building shell, plant rooms
- Changes to pond and excavation works in the garden
- Preparatory work for the wellness area
- Completion of plant rooms
- Extension and new construction of the entire hotel – the historic part remains intact
- Refurbishment of the entire ground floor with entrance, reception, hotel lounge, bar and common rooms
- Refurbishment of restaurant and “Stuben”, buffet areas and kitchen
- 20 new rooms and luxury suites – in total: 71 rooms and suites
- Approx. 1,800m² spa with reception, wellness & beauty, quiet rooms
- Approx. 3,300m² garden, outdoor pools, swimming pond, sun islands and sun terraces
- New fitness lounge with top-of-the-range machines
- Yoga room, seminar room, multi-purpose room
- Children’s play areas and room for youngsters
- Lots of new ideas for indulgence and relaxation

With a view of the majestic Ortler group, our favourite project is taking shape every day. The latest pictures give you an exclusive glimpse behind the scenes:

Construction site update
Despite the heavy thunderstorm that recently hit us, our renovation work continues to progress... Thanks to the great team spirit and the active help of everyone involved, we are still making very good progress. Everyone lends a hand - that's teamwork the way we love it!
