Restaurant Manager (M/F/D)

At our newly opened Hotel DIE POST am Ortler, our guests can expect a warm, authentic atmosphere and service that will leave a lasting impression. As restaurant manager, you will play a key role: you will lead your team with passion, ensure smooth operations and provide service that is as warm and welcoming as our hotel itself.
The restaurant is the place where guests come together, enjoy themselves and feel at home. From breakfast to evening service, you and your team will create unforgettable moments of enjoyment. Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the entire restaurant operation – from setup to evening service
- Leadership, motivation and deployment planning of the service team
- Ensuring warm, modern and professional service
- Active guest care: you are present, attentive and close at hand
- Close cooperation with the kitchen and bar to ensure optimal processes
- Quality control and training of new team members
- Responsibility for the wine and beverage storage, including orders and inventory
- Creation of duty rosters in compliance with legal regulations
- Creation and monitoring of compliance with all applicable standards
Your profile:
- Completed training in catering/hospitality
- Experience in upscale service – ideally in a managerial role
- Excellent specialist knowledge, resilience and flexibility
- Very good German and good English skills, other foreign languages an advantage
- Ability to work independently and strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for the job and attention to detail
- Team player with leadership qualities
- Resilient, organised and positive – even when things get hectic
- Passion for cuisine and wine
