Surcharge in case of single occupancy: 

• The surcharge is now the same for high and low season (€ 25 per day)
• Discount for rooms with breakfast only: € 25 per person 

Children's prices in the parents' room from 2 full-paying adults: 

• 0 - 2 years: free of charge
• 3- 5 years: 60% discount
• 6- 10 years: 40% discount
• 11+ years: 30% discount 

To finalise your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the price of your booking. 

The deposit must be paid within 7 days, otherwise the booking is considered void. 
If your arrival date is less than 7 days after the date of your booking, we only ask for your credit card details.

Cancellations are always unpleasant – for you and for us. To make things go as smoothly as possible, please read through the information below. 

Please note that there is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Consumer Protection Code – however, we do offer the following cancellation policy for our guests: 

• You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 6 weeks before your arrival. Your deposit will either be credited back to you or used as credit for your next booking.
• In case of cancellations made from 6 to 4 weeks before your agreed arrival date, your deposit will not be returned. 
• In case of cancellations made 27 days before your arrival date or later, you will be charged 70% of the booking total.
• In case of cancellations made 6 days before your arrival date or later, you will be charged 90% of the booking total.
• In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, you will be charged the full amount without deductions. 

To protect yourself from unexpected cancellation fees, we recommend taking out TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. 

Your room is ready from 2pm on your day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate it by 10am on your day of departure.   

Sauna area (nudist zone) and quiet areas are only accessible for persons aged 16 or older. Please note that babies are not allowed in the textile-free areas.  

Your furry friend is welcome at the Hotel Post, provided you let us know in advance. 
Based on our many years of experience in the hotel industry, we would like to kindly remind you of a few rules that help us ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay for all guests, whether they are traveling with a dog or not.

• Out of consideration for other guests, we only accept a very limited number of dogs in the hotel at any given time.
• Dogs are permitted only in certain rooms of the Junior Suite Ortler category. It is no longer possible to add a dog to an existing reservation.
• We charge €28.00 per day for your dog (excluding food), plus a one-time final cleaning fee of €45.00. Starting in the winter of 2026–2027, the rate will be €50.00.
• We are happy to provide a blanket and a food bowl.
• Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, bar, or in the hotel lobby.
• During mealtimes, your dog should be accustomed to staying alone in the room without any stress.
• If this is not possible, we have a lounge outside the dining areas where you can bring your dog during mealtimes.
• This lounge is located near the reception desk, which means the walk to the breakfast and dinner buffets is a bit longer.
• The spa, wellness, and beauty areas are dog-free zones.
• During the summer, the garden and pond areas are dog-free zones.
• The natural surroundings of our hotel are perfect for walks with dogs—we ask that you keep the area clean and bring dog waste bags. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the Stelvio National Park

To ensure a pleasant experience for you, your dog, and all guests, we ask that you adhere to these guidelines.

Free parking is available opposite the hotel. A space in the garage costs €9 per day. Please note that the garage can only be used with a prior reservation, as spaces are limited.
