Station Head Waiter / Section Waiter (M/F/D)

DIE POST am Ortler will reopen in December 2025 – stylish, relaxed and with a keen sense for the essentials. A place where alpine elegance and sporty lightness meet. Where a new restaurant, modern bar and lounge create space for enjoyment and encounters. As Chef de Rang, you will manage your station independently, advise our guests competently and warmly, and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from breakfast to evening service. You will work closely with the kitchen, bar and service team and play a decisive role in shaping the culinary experience at DIE POST.

Your responsibilities:
- Looking after our guests in the restaurant
- Coordinating your service station and the associated staff
- Giving our guests a warm welcome
- Providing friendly and attentive service to our guests
- Taking menu and drink orders
- Advising guests on food and drinks
Your profile:
- Professional experience in the hotel/catering industry
- Independent and organised way of working
- Passion for high-quality service and hospitality
- High service orientation
- Friendly and open manner
- Ability to work in a team
- Reliability
- Excellent German skills, very good Italian skills, English an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and service orientation
- Team spirit
- A well-groomed appearance
