Spa Bistro Manager (M/F/D)

In the brand-new Ortles Spa³, our guests can enjoy a spacious sauna area with six different saunas and a 32-metre indoor and outdoor pool covering 2,000 m². The Spa.Bistro is the culinary heart of this new wellness area – here you are in demand as a bistro all-rounder: you prepare small, fine dishes, serve with charm and thus create special moments of enjoyment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Organising and managing the spa bistro
  • Preparing simple meals and drinks and serving them to guests
  • Providing friendly service and taking orders
  • Ensuring first-class service standards and high guest satisfaction
  • Monitoring compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines
  • Ordering, stock management and control of inventory
  • Collaboration with other employees
  • Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations

 

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in the catering sector, ideally in the management of a bistro or restaurant
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • A warm and courteous manner to ensure guests have a pleasant experience
  • Service-oriented and friendly personality
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
  • Flexibility and sense of responsibility
  • A well-groomed appearance that fits in with the ambience of the spa bistro
  • Cleanliness and hygiene are also particularly important to you
