Sauna Infusion Specialist (M/F/D)
Full-time / Part-time – from June 2026 / by agreement

You know when it’s time for calm and relaxation – and when a sauna infusion can become the highlight of the day.
Across around 2,000 m², a modern sauna area awaits you, where you can put your creativity to good use – from classic infusions to staged rituals featuring scents, music and technology. You are the host in the sauna, creating the right atmosphere and giving our guests the feeling that they are exactly where they should be.
Your tasks:
- Conducting professional sauna infusions and infusion ceremonies
- Preparing and staging infusions (scents, music, sequence)
- Assisting and advising our guests in the sauna area
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene in the sauna area
- Checking technical equipment and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Organising and preparing infusion schedules and spa activities
- Providing support throughout the spa area
Your profile:
- Training or experience as a sauna infusion specialist
- A passion for wellness, saunas and guest care
- A confident manner and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with guests
- A strong awareness of hygiene and a sense of responsibility
- A friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
- Strong service orientation and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility and resilience
- Very good command of German; knowledge of other languages an advantage
- Training and/or interest in an additional role as a yoga instructor an advantage
