Head Waiter/Waitress (M/F/D)

A newly redesigned hotel needs people who not only understand service, but live it. People who create atmosphere before the first course is served – and who know how important an attentive word, a confident glance and a genuine host's heart are. For the Hotel DIE POST am Ortler, which is opening in December, we are looking for an experienced head waitress or head waiter who will lead our service team with competence, sensitivity and overview. The focus of your work will be the new restaurant, the stylish bar and the cosy lounge – places of enjoyment, conversation and welcome.

Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for all operational processes in the service area and assisting in the service area where necessary
- Management and development of service staff, including applicant management
- Guest reception, guest care and complaint management
- Communication interface between service, reception and kitchen
- Induction, training and motivation of the service team
- Close cooperation with the kitchen, bar and reception
- Responsibility for duty rosters, orders and quality standards
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in the service sector, ideally in a leadership position
- Excellent German skills, very good Italian skills, English an advantage
- The desire to develop and grow
- Experience in employee management and the selection process
- Loyalty
- Passion for high-quality service and hospitality
- A well-groomed appearance
