Housekeeping Manager (M/F/D)

Full-time – from June 2026 / by agreement

At Hotel DIE POST am Ortler, every detail is part of the overall experience. As Head of Housekeeping, you and your team ensure that our guests feel completely at home from the moment they arrive – with the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness, and a trained eye for what really matters.

You will coordinate housekeeping operations, lead your team with clarity and warmth, and ensure that our high quality standards are upheld every day. With your organisational skills and commitment to quality, you will lay the foundations for genuine moments of comfort throughout the hotel.

Your tasks:

  • Organisation and management of the entire housekeeping department
  • Leading, motivating and scheduling the team
  • Ensuring cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
  • Working closely with reception and facilities management
  • Training and induction of new staff
  • Responsibility for linen, cleaning products and stock management
  • Budgetary responsibility for the housekeeping department

 

Your profile:

  • Several years’ experience in housekeeping, ideally in a managerial role
  • Experience in the upmarket hospitality sector would be an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills and a commitment to quality
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • An independent, structured and reliable approach to work
  • A well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanour
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
  • Good command of German; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage

Working hours: Full-time (40 to 48 hours per week, depending on agreement), 5- or 6-day week
