§ 1 Organiser

The competition is offered by Wellness Hotel Post Sulden GmbH. Legal recourse is excluded. The data protection provisions as stated on the homepage of Wellness Hotel Post Sulden GmbH apply. If I agree, the personal information I have provided and the data collected will be stored within Wellness Hotel Post Sulden GmbH, processed in an automated manner and used for advertising purposes.

§ 2 Participation

Participation is only possible via the Internet. Participation is in no way dependent on the purchase of services from Wellness Hotel Post Sulden GmbH. By participating in the competition, the participant declares their agreement with the rules of the competition. Participation is possible within the times specified in the competition (15 August to 22 August 2025). The participant is responsible for the accuracy of their email and/or postal address. Participants must be of legal age. Children and young people may only participate on behalf of their legal guardians if the latter expressly agree. In the event of a correct solution, the prize will go to the parents or legal guardians.

§ 3 Exclusion from the competition

Employees of Wellness Hotel Post Sulden GmbH, their relatives and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are not eligible to participate. In the event of a violation of these conditions of participation, Wellness Hotel Post Sulden GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition. Persons who use unauthorised aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation will also be excluded. In such cases, prizes may also be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively. Anyone who provides false personal information may be excluded from the competition.

§ 4 Implementation and processing

The competition will take place from 15 August to 22 August 2025. The winner will be selected at random and notified by Wellness Hotel Post Sulden GmbH via direct message on Instagram or Facebook within 7 working days of the closing date for entries. The winner agrees to contact Wellness Hotel Post Sulden GmbH directly after the announcement. We accept no liability for technical problems with email communication or during the registration process for the prize draw. The prize must be redeemed during the 2025/26 winter season. It cannot be redeemed at a later date. The peak seasons (Christmas, New Year's Eve, semester holidays) are excluded from redemption.

The prize can only be redeemed by prior arrangement and subject to availability. No cash alternative is available. The prize cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be transferred to third parties. Multiple entries do not increase the chances of winning. Legal recourse is excluded.

§ 5 Disclaimer

Wellness Hotel Post Sulden GmbH points out that the availability and functions of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The application may be terminated and removed due to external circumstances and constraints without this giving rise to any claims by participants against Wellness Hotel Post Sulden GmbH.

§ 6 Final provisions

Legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Austrian law applies exclusively.
