Prices and discounts

Extra fee for single occupancy

• Normal season, low season: €20 per person per day
• Christmas, New Year, Carnival, Easter: €40 per person per day
• Discount for room with breakfast: € 15.00 per person

Children's prices in their parent's room:

• 0-2 years: free
• 3-5 years 60% discount
• 6-10 years 40% discount
• 11 years and over 30% discount

Booking info

For a fixed reservation we ask you for a deposit of € 300,00 per room.
The deposit period is 7 days, otherwise the right to the room is forfeited. In case of arrival in less than 7 days, we only ask for a credit card guarantee.

In the event of a cancellation

Cancellations are always unpleasant - for you as well as for us.
We therefore ask for your understanding and would like to inform you in advance.

• No cancellation fees are charged up to 10 days before the agreed arrival day.
• In case of cancellation within 9 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained, and the remaining amount of the tour price will be charged.
• In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the total amount will be charged.

It is difficult enough not to be able to start a booked journey against all expectations. In order to avoid financial losses in this context, you should take precautions in good time.
We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in cooperation with the “Europäische Reiseversicherung AG”.
As a special service, we offer you the option of paying the deposit together with the premium for the cancellation insurance simply and securely online.

Your arrival & departure

Your room will be available from 2 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on your day of departure.

Beauty & wellness

Sauna area (naked area) and relaxation room are only open to adults and children over the age of 16 (no babies allowed).
Ergoline solarium € 15,- for 10 minutes, Power solarium € 20,- for 14 minutes.

Holidays with dogs in South Tyrol

• Dogs up to an average height are allowed in the main building on request. Fee: € 15 per day without food and € 50 for final cleaning of your room. Please bring something for your dog to sleep on.
• Dogs are not permitted in dining areas, in the spa and sauna area, and in public relaxation areas. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times within the hotel grounds!
• Dog owners are liable for any damage their dogs may cause.

Parking at the hotel

Free parking can be found opposite the hotel. We charge € 8 per day if your would like to park in our underground parking garage.
